xp/Vista-AntiSpy 3.96-5 beta 3

The xp-AntiSpy was started without administrative rights, thats why some settings which need administrative rights hasn’t been shown.This and some other little fixes now lead to the beta 3 version.Thanks for your feedback so far!!Greetings, -chris-
