It’s done, the xp-AntiSpy in my opinion is stable to be released as version 3.97-4.

Changelog:

•  improved the detection of all mediaplayer versions and their settings.
• This version is now compatible with Windows 7
• Added little ad from my sponsor eBay to the application.

Although this changelog desn’t look very big, it was a lot of work, to add support for Windows 7.

Thanks to your feeback, I found some more issues that now have been solved. Maily it was the correct detection of all versions of the Mediaplayer.
So, now you can grab the 3.97-4 Beta3 and test it.

If you like to test the xp-AntiSpy on “Windows 7” than i suggest you to download this beta version and maybe give me some feedback.
Nothing special was added, except that the window size and position now will be saved on program termination and will be restored on program start again.
I also added a setting that prevents windows from displaying the number of unread mails in your inbox. This only takes effect if you are using one of the Microsoft products like Outlook Express for your mail box.
The main effort in this new version is the correct detection of the settings in “Windows 7”.
